I can't believe it has been a year since I heard the news - I had made the Graphic 45 2011 Design Team. This past year has been so inspiring, educational and special friendships have been formed. In this post I wanted to share some of my favorite Graphic 45 pieces from the past year, a special announcement (as well as some peeks of a few new projects I have been creating).
This year Graphic 45 released a beautiful collection "Little Darlings" at Winter CHA and I was so drawn to the soft muted colors. For my piece of wall art I decorated a wood frame and for a sweet touch added a tiny pair of ivory baby boottees and an adorable cuddly and soft bunny.
Christmas Emporium was another favorite of mine. The colors are so rich and vibrant and I knew I wanted to combine them with one of the 5x7 Kraft Boxes. Instead of decorating the box and mini album it contains in the traditional way, I decided to create a piece that could stand alone as part of my holiday decorating.
Being from Australia, I had never celebrated Halloween before but once I saw the amazing papers in the Halloween In Wonderland collection I knew I wanted to create a fun centerpiece for my Halloween Luncheon I was having with some friends. This hat is now one of my favorite pieces from the past year.
My next project is a favorite card of mine. I combined a lot of different paper collections, metal embellishments and Prima flowers for the end result.
So now for the special announcement, I am so excited to announce I will be working for Graphic 45 with Diane, Aimee and Charee as a Special Projects Designer. This new position entails designing handouts for Retailers in conjunction with new product releases, and designing beautiful Graphic 45 class projects for Expos and other events in the creative community. I am so excited to still be part of the Graphic 45 family.
Before I finish up this post, I wanted to give you a few quick photos of new projects I have been designing for my webstore as well as two new projects I will be teaching in the Boston/New Hampshire area. The class projects will also be available in my webstore once the workshops have been held.

I have just found you through G45- beautiful work. I can't wait to make some wonderful projects with your inspiration.
I would surely attend one of your classes if I lived closer. I was wondering if you could share where you got the little bicycle in your one project- that would look wonderful in my little shadow box.
I can't wait to see more of your work.

I just recently found some long lost relatives and got some pics of them. I can't wait to go out to my room from http://roomstogrowusa.web12.hubspot.com/hobbyrooom and create a layout like your "Little Darlings"
